LIMLL Week 6 Recap
Huntington, NY – Week 6 of the 2026 Long Island Metro Lacrosse Leagues regular-season brought another major shake-up across each division as teams continue to battle for playoff positioning. With the regular-season moving into the final week, the race for seeding is becoming one of the biggest storylines of the summer.

The Jones Beach Division saw several key results in Week 6. Team 7-11 picked up their first win of the season, a 10-6 victory over Gabagoals, while Shaft Grabbers delivered one of the biggest offensive performances of the week with a 17-6 victory over Booze Bags. Mixed Nuts earned an 11-7 win over Wreck-it Ralphs, and Spartans continued their strong regular season with a 9-6 win over the previously unbeaten Fleasters.

The L.I. Sound Division continued to deliver drama and high-level competition. Suffolk Sluggers made a statement with a 13-5 win over Bulls LC and also picked up a 1-0 forfeit win over Leaky Lifeboats. The Pipeline defeated Mighty Mullets, 12-7, while Landsharks edged The Goons, 10-9, in one of the closest games of the week. Bullseye Beverage had a dominant 19-5 win over WestConn Wolves, and The Juicers delivered a 14-13 win in the final seconds against Mighty Mullets in one of the best games of the summer.

The Montauk Division remains one of the most competitive races in the league with multiple teams trying to secure the final playoff spot. Pat’s Place earned a 10-5 win over Silver Bullets, while Honchos delivered a strong 9-4 victory over The Sloths. Bethpage Boozers continued their impressive regular-season with a 6-3 win over The Gooners moving to 5-0 and Wise Guys held off The Bandits, 10-9, in a key divisional matchup.

The Orient Division also saw important movement in the playoff picture. Cheddar LC defeated Chick-fil-A, 9-4, while Krystal Lacrosse earned a hard-fought 8-7 win over El Dirt Stars. Tropics LC picked up a 1-0 forfeit win over Seahawks, The Pack defeated Lock Jaw LC, 9-4, and FDNY LC earned a 1-0 forfeit win over Shuckin’ Oysters.
Looking Ahead
With Week 6 complete, the playoff picture is beginning to take shape. Teams at the top are looking to protect their byes, teams in the middle are fighting for better matchups, and teams on the bubble are trying to keep their seasons alive. At this point, every goal, every defensive stop, and every result matters.
