LIMLL Week 8 Recap
Huntington, NY – Week 8 of the 2026 Long Island Metro Lacrosse Leagues season brought the regular-season to a dramatic close, with action extending an extra day to finalize playoff seedings in the Jones Beach, Montauk, and Orient Divisions. With postseason spots and matchups still hanging in the balance, teams had one final opportunity to control their place in the bracket before playoff lacrosse officially began.

The Orient Division also needed the extra regular-season action to settle playoff positioning. Pond Boys delivered a strong 12-4 win over El Dirt Stars, while Krystal Lacrosse and The Pack battled to a 4-4 tie in a playoff-level matchup.
LIMLL Playoffs Begin
The playoffs opened with a bang on Wednesday night, and the games have been nothing short of spectacular. With the best lacrosse in the country being played at the moment, the postseason has already delivered high-level intensity, dramatic finishes, and standout performances across every division.
The quarterfinal round featured five one-goal games, two overtime games, and several goaltender performances that were next level as the league immediately shifted into championship mode.
